General provisions
The customer voluntarily provides their personal data and agrees to share it with third parties under the conditions listed below.
Personal data will be processed electronically in an automated way or in printed form in a non-automated way.
If a website user believes that the controller or processor is handling their personal data in a way that violates the protection of privacy or is against the law, especially if the personal data is inaccurate for its intended purpose, they can: - ask the seller or processor for an explanation via their email or in writing, - request the controller or processor, either by email or in writing, to correct the situation.
If a website user requests information about the processing of their personal data, the seller is obliged to provide this information to them via their email address or in writing by mail. The administrator has the right to charge a reasonable fee for providing the information under the previous sentence, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information, in the case of a repeated request.
Customers' personal data is protected against misuse. The handling of customers' personal data is governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 110/2019 Coll., the law on the processing of personal data and on amendments to certain laws, as amended and in force.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (‘GDPR’).
Any mistakes, questions, leaks, or misuse of personal data can be reported to the relevant Office for Personal Data Protection.
